Accountabilities: Plan, organize, and monitor projects, timelines, and operational activities to ensure successful execution.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, align priorities, and ensure all deliverables are completed within established deadlines.

Delegate tasks, follow up on progress, and maintain visibility over project status and performance.

Identify operational bottlenecks, anticipate risks, and develop practical solutions to improve efficiency.

Implement and optimize workflows, processes, and operational standards to support scalability.

Lead project kick-off meetings, recurring alignment sessions, and stakeholder updates.

Prepare operational reports and provide clear insights to leadership teams.

Ensure daily operations run with structure, clarity, accountability, and focus on results.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience managing projects, preferably in digital marketing, online education, product launches, agencies, or similar operational environments.

Experience using project management and organization tools such as ClickUp, Google Agenda, or similar platforms.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and manage deadlines effectively.

Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate teams, follow up on commitments, and drive execution.

Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments with changing priorities.

Problem-solving mindset with a focus on identifying opportunities and implementing improvements.
