Digital Solutions Analyst Senior

Accountabilities: The Digital Solutions Analyst Senior will support the design, development, and execution of digital solutions that advance organizational goals. This role requires strong analytical thinking, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful products and services.

Collaborate with technical and business leaders to establish architectural plans across multiple solution areas while aligning with product roadmaps and strategic priorities.

Design and develop analytics solutions that create measurable business value and support long-term digital transformation objectives.

Translate business and operational requirements into functional and technical specifications for digital products and solutions.

Support the full product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

Analyze data and define data architecture requirements at both product and strategic levels.

Evaluate existing digital ecosystems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, optimize performance, and enhance digital capabilities after implementation.

Provide strategic consultation to stakeholders and technology teams on digital solutions and emerging trends.

Apply agile methodologies, including Scrum practices, to support effective project delivery and collaboration.

Leverage analytics, visualization tools, and emerging technologies to improve decision-making and solution effectiveness.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of technical expertise, analytical capabilities, and business understanding. They should be comfortable working across teams, communicating complex concepts clearly, and developing innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, statistics, technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in analytics, digital solutions, technology, or related disciplines.

Experience designing and implementing data-driven solutions with significant organizational impact.

Strong programming and database development skills, including SQL and Databricks.

Experience with data visualization and analysis tools such as Tableau and Excel.

Ability to interpret analytical findings and communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience preparing and understanding functional and technical specifications.

Knowledge of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum frameworks.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.

Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and resourcefulness when addressing complex business challenges.

Experience using generative AI tools such as Claude or Copilot for code generation, validation, data analysis, and productivity enhancement.

Advanced understanding of digital transformation trends and technology innovation.

Experience in healthcare, clinical, or operational environments is preferred.
