Analista de QA Sênior

Accountabilities: Design, prepare, and execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing activities to ensure product quality.

Define acceptance criteria based on business requirements and user stories, collaborating with agile teams to validate solutions.

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scenarios, including backend automation initiatives across different squads.

Manage test evidence, document execution results, and provide clear reports comparing planned versus completed testing activities.

Create and manage test data and support validation processes throughout the software development lifecycle.

Apply agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban to support efficient collaboration and continuous improvement.

Maintain source code versioning for automated test cases and contribute to improving testing frameworks and practices.

Execute non-functional testing activities to evaluate system performance, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements:

Strong experience in software quality assurance, with proven expertise in functional test automation.

Advanced experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Karate, Cypress, Newman, Appium, or similar technologies.

Solid knowledge of creating test cases, validating results, and generating detailed execution evidence.

Experience working with tools such as Jenkins and Jira in software development environments.

Practical experience with agile methodologies and collaboration within Scrum or Kanban teams.

Knowledge of relational databases and ability to support data validation processes.

Experience with non-functional testing tools such as JMeter or K6.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and focus on quality.

Excellent time management, ownership mindset, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with clients and technical teams.
