Quantity Surveyor

Support the commercial and cost-management aspects of construction projects, with a focus on tender documentation, claims, payments and final account settlement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other related commercial documentation.
• Assess progress payment submissions from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare progress claims and variation order submissions for clients.
• Support the settlement and closing of final accounts with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, CivilEngineering, Building or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant Quantity Surveying or construction experience will be an advantage.
• The final appointment and seniority level will be commensurate with the candidate’s relevant experience and overall suitability.
• Able to work independently and manage deliverables within tight deadlines.
