M&E Engineer (Up to $5,500 / 5 days)

M&E Engineer (ID6110) Office: City Hall Project Location: (Office Project) / Seletar Project Salary: $4,500 – $5,500 Working Hour：Monday- Friday : 8:30am-5:30pm Key Responsibilities: • Assist the M&E Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising all Mechanical & Electrical works to ensure quality installation according to project schedules. • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding shop drawings, samples, method statements, technical submissions, and RFIs. • Attend project and technical meetings to resolve site and technical issues with owners and consultants. • Verify that site works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and statutory authority standards (SCDF, BCA, PUB, EMA, NEA, LTA). • Conduct weekly M&E coordination meetings with subcontractors to sequence works and prevent site clashes. • Support Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities, including combined services testing. • Prepare M&E progress reports, maintain project documentation (QA/QC, inspection records), and track site progress.
