Assistant BIM Manager (Up to $6,400 / 5 days / City Hall)

Job Title: Assistant BIM Manager ID6143 Location: City Hall Salary Range: $5,300 – $6,400 Working hrs: Mon-Fri 8:30 AM – 5:30PM Key Responsibilities: • Assist in overall BIM management and set up project BIM Execution Plans (BEP). • Attend BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants; present clash resolution reports. • Establish and maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE) for documentation control. • Prepare Asset Information Model (AIM) templates for facility management handover stages. • Support tender proposals by developing overall BIM floor plans, sections, and tender scope responses.
