Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and control production processes to ensure operations meet production targets and company objectives.
• Lead, manage, and monitor production staff to ensure compliance with established work standards and procedures.
• Plan, troubleshoot, and continuously improve production processes to maintain efficient operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity, improve efficiency, and reduce waste in the manufacturing process.
• Coordinate with related departments, including QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering, Planning, and other relevant teams, to ensure smooth production operations.
• Monitor production performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications: Male/Female, Age 30 - 40 Years old Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred. Minimum 4 years of experience in an assembly production line environment. Experience in supervising and leading production teams. Strong problem-solving, planning, and communication skills. Ability to read and understand electrical Single Line Diagrams (SLD) will be an advantage. Knowledge of manufacturing process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or 5S is a plus.
