M&E / Architectural Drafter — Permanent

Location: Central Region | Salary: 3000 - 4500

We are seeking a skilled drafter to turn project plans into detailed technical drawings for building construction. This role offers steady work in a collaborative environment.

Requirements:

• Draft detailed technical diagrams for electrical, mechanical, and architectural systems.
• Use CAD software to create accurate construction and layout plans.
• Visit project sites to verify measurements and coordination details.
• Work with engineers to ensure designs meet all building regulations.
• Keep organized records of all drawing versions and submission files.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit is essential for this role.
• Earn a monthly salary ranging between 3,000 and 4,500.
• This is a permanent, full-time position based in the Central Region.
