Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a broad range of complex dispute resolution matters including arbitration, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution.
  • Advise clients on legal risks and dispute strategies to protect and advance their business interests.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop case strategies and deliver superior results.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and guide junior lawyers and support teams to ensure high standards of legal service delivery.
  • Keep abreast of legal developments in the region and globally and proactively advise clients accordingly.
  • Contribute to commercial development of the practice by identifying new business opportunities and cross-selling other legal services.
  • Extensive experience as a disputes lawyer with a proven track record in managing complex litigation and arbitration cases at a senior level.
  • Strong expertise in Saudi Arabian law and regulations as well as international legal frameworks relevant to dispute resolution.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing legal teams and driving business growth.
  • Superior negotiation and advocacy skills with the ability to influence and persuade clients and opposing parties.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic language
  • Strong commercial acumen and client-focused approach with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Relevant professional law qualifications and membership in appropriate legal bodies.
