We are seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our prestigious law firm in Dubai.

This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional operational expertise to drive efficiency, growth, and excellence across all facets of the firm's operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the firm's overall goals and objectives.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring effective and efficient business practices across departments.
• Lead and mentor senior management teams to enhance performance and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to optimize resources and profitability.
• Implement process improvements and innovative solutions to increase productivity and client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with legal industry regulations and maintain the highest standards of professional ethics.
• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to support business development and expansion initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role within the legal or professional services industry.
• Strong understanding of law firm operations, including financial management, business development, and compliance.
• Exceptional strategic planning and organizational skills with a track record of driving operational excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships internally and externally.
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
