Our client is seeking Software Engineers to design, build, and scale the foundational services powering their Agentic Data Plane (ADP)—a next-generation AI infrastructure that connects AI agents with enterprise data in real time. As a member of a newly formed Warsaw-based ADP team, you will collaborate with cloud and ADP peers across Europe and the US to ship critical components built on our client's core Serverless, Bring Your Own Cloud, and high-performance data integration offerings. This role blends hands-on feature development with operational ownership, helping maintain a 99.99% SLA while working cross-functionally across Cloud, Core, and Platform engineering teams. Work Model: This is a hybrid position based out of the Warsaw office (minimum of 3 days per week on-site). What You Will Do Design, build, and operate control plane and data plane features across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Translate complex product requirements into robust, clear technical specifications and architecture. Take full ownership of tasks from initial design to production delivery, proactively identifying and mitigating technical risks along the way. Maintain an exceptionally high bar for system performance, security, and scalability. Build deep observability and resilience into cloud services to support enterprise-grade workloads. Join the engineering on-call rotation, actively contributing to reducing incident frequencies and optimizing long-term platform reliability. What You Bring 3+ years of experience developing, scaling, and operating live production services within major public cloud ecosystems. High proficiency in Go. Direct experience leveraging AI-assisted development tooling (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate delivery. Working familiarity with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for networking and system setup. Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with a high comfort level operating in an asynchronous, documentation-first culture across Slack, GitHub, and docs. Nice-to-Haves Hands-on experience with Kubernetes. Prior experience building, launching, or maintaining large-scale SaaS platforms. Familiarity with data streaming infrastructure (either as an engineer building the tools or an advanced user utilizing them).
