MANAGER

Job description:

Oversee project team and appraise their performance and ensure project are completed according to project schedule.

Provide technical expertise and strong mentorship to the team, including employee training & development.

Prepare scope of work, sub contracts, and customer proposals including Tender preparation, submission and Tender Clarification follow up for Electrical works.

Participate in engineering process to control cost and client budget requirements of project.

Provide specific expertise for problem solving of electrical issues.

Provide technical evaluation of subcontractor and equipment proposals, and assessment of subcontractor progress claim and performance.

Perform Testing & Commissioning works.

Manage project schedule, resources, costs and deliverables to minimize risks and improve productivity

Effectively manage staff under the direct control of the position holder ranging from coordination to directing people and teams

Manage clients and partners to ensure continuous engagement by gathering requirements, feedback and resolving issues

Requirements

Minimum 3 years work experience in similar capacity

Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook

Possess good written and verbal communication skills

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, and great attention to detail

Team player and takes initiative to assist other team members when required

Able to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Able to recruit, motivate and direct Team Members in a professional capacity
