They are looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their successful and expanding Property team. You will join an experienced and supportive team handling a varied residential conveyancing caseload. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients and professional contacts while developing your own profile within the business. The Role

You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:

• Sales and purchases
• Freehold and leasehold transactions
• Remortgages
• New build transactions
• Reviewing contracts, searches and property documentation
• Dealing with enquiries and resolving issues through to exchange
• Exchange and completion
• Contributing to the continued growth and development of the Property team

You will be trusted to take ownership of your matters while having the support of an experienced team around you.

About You

You will be an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with strong residential property experience and the ability to manage your own caseload effectively. We are looking for someone who is:

• Client-focused and commercially aware
• Confident managing matters from instruction through to completion
• A strong communicator who builds excellent relationships
• Organised and able to work effectively in a busy environment
• Ambitious and keen to develop their career
