He/she is inquisitive about how things work and eager to learn. Comfortable with troubleshooting remotely or travelling on-site as required. Job Scope Operational Support day-to-day Digital Operation, which includes standby after office hour Conduct preventive maintenance and regular health check on digital assets Maintain up-to-date digital assets inventory Monitor asset trend uptime and operational functionality

Processes and Coordination Participate in projects to install new/upgrade digital display Communication of service level compliance across departments include global support

Efficiency, Compliance, and Improvement Ensure service level compliance Drive continuous improvement to improve assets uptime and operational efficiency Prepare assets data comparison on a monthly basis Develop digital maintenance technical documentation and implement standard operation procedure (SOP) Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering 1 years of experience in Audio-Visual installation and troubleshooting Some experience in the any of the following area: Computer Hardware Display (LCD/LED screens, Video Controllers, Decoder, Encoder, etc.) Fluent English speaking Able to work under stress and able to multi-task
