Aftersales Service manager

Receive, analyze, and answer all customers’ requests, questions, warranty claims, and clarifications regarding the maintenance.

Prepare and follow up technical and commercial offers for spare parts, services contracts, products repairing

Train and work closely with the department team, achieving a company strategy.

Conduct site visits to resolve all breakdowns and to ensure customer satisfaction.

Establish, promote, and maintain excellent rapport with all stakeholders.

Contact the quality control department to analyze the breakdowns cause roots to take the preventive actions accordingly,

Follow filing and archiving system.

Bachelor Degree in Engineering .

Experience : 10- 15Years in after sale service.

Good knowledge in tv and home appliances product

Good ownership & Leadership skills.

Ability to gain more knowledge & experience.

Very Good in Microsoft office.

Fluent in English.
