Sales staff (Japanese Speaking)

Position Overview A B2B Sales role focused on managing existing clients, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining strong relationships in the industrial sector. The position works closely with a Japanese manager and includes regular client visits, offering great exposure to international business and Japanese corporate culture.

Key Responsibilities •Manage and develop relationships with existing clients (100%). •Handle communication mainly via email and coordination tasks. •Arrange delivery schedules with support from the Japanese Sales Manager. •Visit clients 1–2 times per week using a company car. •Communicate mainly with Thai client staff. •Prepare sales reports in Japanese for management. •Support shipping and delivery operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language or a related field. Japanese language ability at N3 level or higher (strong speaking and listening skills). Basic English skills for document preparation. Valid driver’s license and able to visit clients. Have experience in rubber, plastic, or manufacturing industry is preferred. Have experience in B2B sales is an advantage. Able to commute to the company independently.
