CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

The Junior Construction Manager assists in the planning, coordination, and supervision of construction projects within the mining operation, ensuring that facilities, infrastructure, and mine-related developments are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company standards and Philippine regulations. The role supports project execution by coordinating with contractors, engineers, consultants, and site personnel, monitoring construction progress, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring adherence to safety and environmental requirements. The Junior Construction Manager also contributes to project planning, reporting, and problem-solving to support the efficient delivery of mining construction projects.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• 5+ years of supervisory/managerial experience
• Knowledge of design, estimation, AutoCAD, and STAAD
• Safety and regulatory compliance focused
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
