• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in hospitality or casual/fine dining
• Good command of spoken English
• Well-groomed, neat, and professional appearance
• Good understanding of service flow, order-taking, and customer service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Honest, disciplined, reliable, and responsible
• Able to work well under pressure, especially during peak hours
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
