College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Herbalism/herbalist.
Work setting:

Tasks:
- Treat patients by administering, in chemical or herbal form, a small dosage of a remedy made from natural substances or by suggesting lifestyle changes.
- Advise patients on the use of herbs for the treatment of conditions.
- Leading/instructing groups.
- Design and implement health and wellness projects or programs.
- Co-ordinate workshops.
- Employ herbal medicines and/or clinical nutrition in their treatment.
