As a Mystery Shopper, you will visit stores, restaurants, car rental companies, and other businesses. You will follow a specific scenario, observe the customer service and overall experience, and complete a short questionnaire afterwards.

What you will do

• Visit businesses and evaluate the customer experience
• Assess customer service, staff knowledge, cleanliness, and the overall service
• Follow simple instructions and predefined scenarios
• Take photos or provide other required information when requested
• Complete questionnaires about your experience
• Provide honest and objective feedback
• Choose assignments that match your location and availability
