KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performing site surveys using tools like GPS, GIS, drones, and laser equipment to collect accurate measurements and data.
• Creating detailed maps, plans, and reports for architects, engineers, and construction managers
• Verifying project plans against physical site conditions to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Monitoring and measuring land and building boundaries to prevent legal disputes
• Providing technical advice and support during construction, including guidance on site layout, excavation, grading, and utility installation
• Ensuring compliance with local zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations
• Collaborating with project teams , including architects, engineers, and construction managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise field staff and ensure proper calibration of instruments
• Ensure compliance with local and national surveying regulations
• Adhere to all QSHE procedures, policies and instructions.
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

Site adherence to company policies, processes and procedures, target achievement, LT/IAs, site financial management.

KEY KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics/Geospacial, Civil Engineering, or related field from a recognized institution
• At least 5 years+ of experience
• Valid professional surveyor license or certification
• Proficiency in CAD software, GPS, GIS, and other surveying tools

• Physical stamina for outdoor fieldwork in various condition
