Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality instruction in IB DP English A courses.

Develop engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.

Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Foster critical thinking, analytical skills, and a love for literature among students.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field (minimum requirement).

At least 5 years of teaching experience at the secondary school level.

Strong knowledge of the IB Diploma Programme curriculum for Language Arts / Language and Literature.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learners.
