COMPANY NURSE
Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
Help with any and all IBC Affiliate inquiries.
Develop and implement health and safety programs.
Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.
Administer over-the-counter medication to employees.
Promote healthy eating and wellness programs.
Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.
Improve the health of employees through on-going programs and health checks.
Communicate with management on a regular basis.
Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of BS in Nursing 2. Must be a Registered Nurse
