Dispatcher/Truck Coordinator (Route planning)

Working hours: 6 days/week 3 Shift Working (Depends on Company schedule): 3 Shifts Working location: Fortune Tower (MRT Rama 9)

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatching of vehicles base on the price and quantity of supplier, and shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Plan and schedule routes and assignments based on customer orders, delivery deadlines, and available resources
• Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assign vehicles and drivers to specific routes and assignments. Communicate with drivers to provide them with necessary instructions, schedules, and any changes or updates
• Report the supervisors or customers to resolve problems incidents, requests for services or equipment.
• Negotiate to supplier for any urgent or on call bookings and get lower cost
• 100% completed client bookings as the target.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any fields. Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in dispatch/route planning/logistics operations and relevant. Preferably in a service-oriented or worked in third-party logistics (3PL) environment. Flexibility to work as multiple shifts. Must have acknowledge about Export-Import container process Fair - Good command in English communication skills is plus. Experience with Google's Excel Sheets will be an advantage. This work need timely manner especially reply to client and supplier. Able to make decision for urgent case and root cause analysis and able to solving problems just in time.
