Community Growth Executive

Innovotio is hiring for a Fintech Company and we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Community Growth Executive to grow and manage online communities, drive engagement, strengthen member relationships, and turn community activities into measurable business growth.

Responsibilities

Grow and manage communities across WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn, and events. Drive member engagement, retention, referrals, and ambassador programmes. Generate leads and support programme enrolments and strategic partnerships. Support events, webinars, and studio activities. Track community growth, engagement, and lead generation metrics.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in community management. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, and CapCut. Familiarity with CRM tools and performance tracking. A proactive, data-driven, and execution-focused mindset.
