About Incisive Health

Incisive Health is an award-winning healthcare policy, public affairs and communications consultancy operating across the UK, Europe and International markets. We design and deliver programmes that shape policy, influence decision-making and, ultimately, improve the lives of people living with different conditions. Our work supports clients to navigate complex policy environments and achieve meaningful change for populations worldwide.

Our International team works with global organisations to shape health policy and improve access to care worldwide. We support clients with policy landscaping, strategy development, advocacy, coalition building and capability strengthening across multiple geographies and therapeutic areas. We bring the combined expertise of our access, communications and medical divisions across Inizio to deliver integrated programmes at scale, meeting some of the biggest challenges facing global life science companies today.

We are part of Inizio, a global partner to the life sciences industry. Inizio brings together over 10,000 experts across clinical development and commercialisation, supporting many of the world’s leading life sciences organisations. Together, we help organisations accelerate the journey from innovation to patient access - anticipating challenges, reducing barriers and ensuring that life-changing treatments reach the people who need them most.
