Agile Master / SAFe Coach

Introduction

The Agile Master / SAFe Coach facilitates agile adoption, team execution, and scaled agile alignment across DevSecOps delivery teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs). This role drives continuous improvement, removes execution blockers, and supports the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE).

Tasks

• Team & ART Facilitation : Serve as Agile Master / Scrum Master for DevSecOps teams operating within scaled agile frameworks (SAFe).
• Agile Coaching : Coach team members and leadership on agile mindsets, Scrum, Kanban, and OKR frameworks.
• LACE Support : Contribute to the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) for organizational agile transformation.

Event Coordination : Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and SAFe Heartbeat/PI Planning events.

Profile

German C Level speaker ○ 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Kanban Master, or Agile Coach in cloud/IT projects. ○ Practical experience in scaled agile working methods according to SAFe (SAFe 6.0 certification or willingness to complete). ○ Formal Scrum certification and demonstrated agile mindset. ○ Experience in public sector IT environments. ○ Tool proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and MS Office.
