IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture Officer

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented professional with experience in Enterprise Architecture, particularly based on the TOGAF framework , to join our team as an IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture Officer . In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's Enterprise Architecture, IT strategy, and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the company's Enterprise Architecture based on the TOGAF framework, covering Business Architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture, and Technology Architecture.

Develop Enterprise Architecture roadmaps and studies to support the company's medium- and long-term business needs.

Provide recommendations for IT solution adjustments to ensure alignment and coherence across data, applications, and technology within the company's Enterprise Architecture.

Develop and update IT strategic plans and digital transformation initiatives in alignment with business needs.

Manage IT architecture and project portfolio information and evaluate information systems in collaboration with relevant divisions and system owners.

Support quality assurance processes for IT solution development projects.

Coordinate GRC activities related to IT development and operations.

Ensure IT policies, procedures, governance, and supporting documentation remain updated and available in accordance with applicable requirements.

Education

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology or related fields.

Experience

1–2 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Architecture or a related field.

Hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, or implementing Enterprise Architecture based on the TOGAF framework is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

Enterprise Architecture: Proficiency in TOGAF-based Enterprise Architecture

IT Governance & Risk: Risk Management, GCG Principles and Management, and Internal Control & Compliance

IT Management: IT Project Management, Quality Management, and IT Quality Assurance

IT Foundations: IT Fundamentals and IT Governance & Regulations

Soft Skills

General Requirements:

Minimum GPA min . 3.00 (out of 4.00)

Computer literate (Microsoft Office, MS Excel, & Power Point)

Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (verbal and written)

Knowledge of Capital Market will be an advantage.
