About the Role:

About the Role: We are looking for a Microsoft Azure integration developer to our development team in Vilnius with a focus on integrations between CRM and ERP (SAP). The tasks cover the process from design to development, testing and deployment and requires a strong commitment to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with the business requirements and goals. Minimum 5 years of experience with developing integrations based upon the Microsoft Azure stack: Function Apps, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management and Application Security.

Experience with SAP integrations is an advantage, but not required.

Your team: The Royal Unibrew CRM team consists of Product Owners (Functional Leads), Business Analysts (Senior Consultants), Power Platform Developers, a Technical Architect, a QA Engineer and the Head of CRM Systems. The integration developer will refer to the Head of CRM Systems and work in close collaboration with the team members located in Lithuania, the Netherlands and Denmark.

The Lithuanian IT office: The Lithuanian IT team at Royal Unibrew currently consists of 16 specialists: IT support specialists, BI/Data/Analytics team members, and the MDM team. With the addition of CRM developer profiles, we expect the IT team in our Vilnius office to grow to more than 20 people.

Key responsibilities:

Build and maintain integrations with Logic Apps, Azure Functions and Service Bus. Design, develop and consume REST APIs and system interfaces, and expose and manage APIs through Azure API Management. Secure access through Entra ID, Managed Identities and OAuth. Connect Dynamics 365 and Dataverse to external systems, using C#/.NET where required. Implement structured error handling, retry mechanisms, monitoring, logging and telemetry using Azure services and Application Insights. Design for scalability, reliability and performance; test, troubleshoot and review code. Support refinement, documentation, releases and CI/CD pipelines. Work closely with the Technical Architect and development team to define and follow integration patterns, coding standards, security principles and ALM practices. Translate integration requirements into technical solutions in close collaboration with the Technical Architect, ensuring alignment with the overall CRM and integration architecture.

Your profile:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing integrations on Microsoft Azure. Strong experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus and API Management. Strong C#/.NET development skills. Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and working with JSON-based integrations. Good understanding of asynchronous and event-driven integration patterns. Experience with authentication and authorization using Entra ID, OAuth 2.0 and Managed Identities. Experience with monitoring, logging, retry mechanisms and exception handling in distributed integrations. Experience with Azure DevOps, Git and CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of integration concepts such as idempotency, retries, dead-letter queues, throttling and message correlation. Experience integrating Dynamics 365 / Dataverse is a strong advantage. Experience integrating SAP is an advantage. Comfortable taking technical ownership and making design decisions. Strong English communication skills and experience working in international teams.

What Success Looks Like:

Integrations are reliable, secure, observable and easy to support. New integrations follow consistent architecture and development standards. Failures can be quickly identified, understood and recovered from. Integration solutions can scale without requiring major redesign. APIs and integration components are reusable where appropriate. Deployments are automated and repeatable across environments. The integration landscape remains maintainable as CRM and SAP evolve. You actively contribute to technical design discussions and help improve the team’s integration practices. You are a trusted technical sparring partner for the Technical Architect and actively contribute to integration design decisions.
