We are a small team, we are growing, and we are hiring a Resourcer to join us. What you will do Find engineers for live vacancies using LinkedIn Recruiter and our AI powered CRM of more than 25,000 candidates Approach candidates by message and phone, and find out what they want from their next role Write up candidate profiles and shortlists for the consultants you support Keep the CRM accurate so the whole team can rely on it Learn how a recruitment process runs from first call to offer What we are looking for A confident, clear communicator, in writing and on the phone Someone organised who finishes what they start An interest in technology, or a willingness to learn it quickly Experience in any customer facing, sales or administrative role is welcome, as are school leavers and graduates What you get Full training from directors with 20 years in the market A clear, structured career path: Resourcer, Search Consultant, Senior Search Consultant, Principal Search Consultant, then Team Leader and Manager, with promotion targets you can track month by month Uncapped earning potential, with OTE of £30,000 to £35,000 Annual company summer trip abroad Lunch Club and Consultant of the Month awards for hitting targets Gym membership A sociable Brentwood office Apply with your CV today.
