Oversee daily maintenance, lawn care, water and waste management, and operational support for the salon and villas. Support housekeepers and staff to maintain cleanliness, functionality, and a premium guest experience.

Description Operational & Maintenance Excellence

Manage maintenance for salon and villas, including repairs, equipment checks, and preventive maintenance. Oversee lawn care, water systems, and waste management. Ensure all facilities meet safety, hygiene, and luxury standards. Respond promptly to operational issues to maintain seamless client and guest experiences.

Team Support & Supervision

Assist and support housekeepers and operational staff as needed. Coordinate with management on facility needs, supplies, and improvements. Ensure smooth daily operations across the salon and shortlet villas.

Requirements

3–5 years experience in facilities management, hospitality, or technical support. Skills in maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, or grounds management. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to supervise and support housekeeping and operations staff. Based in Akure or willing to relocate.
