Recruitment Consultant
Salary: Basic S$2,500 - S$3,500 + Incentives + Performance Bonus + Incentive Trips Location: Tai Seng Working Hours: 5 days work week | Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
About the Role
We are looking for self motivated and sales driven individuals to join our team as Recruitment Consultant. You will play a key role in connecting talented candidates with great career opportunities, while building strong relationships with clients. Our KPIs are achievable, and your hard work will be rewarded with attractive incentives, bonuses, and even incentive trips!
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential new clients; maintain regular contact and build strong relationships with existing clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates using various channels to ensure a good match for client requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interview appointments between clients and candidates; provide guidance and support throughout the interview process.
- Assist in the onboarding process for successful placements to ensure a smooth and positive experience for both parties.
- Work towards and achieve daily and monthly performance KPIs and targets.
- Handle other ad-hoc duties related to recruitment and operations as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in any discipline.
- 1 – 2 years of B2B or B2C experience
- Possess CEI Certificate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident in speaking and building relationships with people.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn and grow in the recruitment industry.
- Positive attitude, resilient, and able to work well both independently and within a team.
