Senior Operational Excellence Engineer

Lean Implementation: Deploy lean manufacturing tools (VSM, standard work, waste elimination) to improve productivity and reduce operational costs

CIP Management: Own and drive the Continuous Improvement Program — track initiatives, measure impact, report results to leadership

Kaizen Management: Plan, facilitate, and follow up on Kaizen events; ensure sustained implementation of improvements

Coaching: Mentor team leaders and engineers on lean tools, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies (5 Why, A3, DMAIC)

5S Auditing: Conduct regular 5S audits, track scores, and drive corrective actions across shop floor areas

Management System Auditing: Audit compliance with Acrow's internal management system standards and procedures

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Production Engineering
• 3+ years in operational excellence/lean roles, preferably manufacturing/formwork/steel
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt preferred)
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
