Productions Supervisor (DIP/SMT)

SMT Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise and control the wipe process and inventory management on the production line.

• Ensure output targets and quality standards are met according to the requirements of each section.

• Manage team leaders and operators to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly work targets.

• Enforce discipline and maintain 6S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) in accordance with company policies.

• Ensure all production reports are properly completed, followed, and regularly updated.

• Support and participate in activities related to KPI (Key Performance Indicator) improvement.

• Motivate team leaders and operators to continuously improve their work performance and processes.

• Ensure all operators strictly follow standardized work instructions.

• Take responsibility for additional tasks assigned by higher-level supervisors or management.

Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, or a related field Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in SMT operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role Strong knowledge of SMT processes, inventory control, wipe control, and quality management systems Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, guide, and motivate a team effectively Excellent planning, organizational, and follow-up skills to ensure production goals and targets are achieved Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel for report preparation and data analysis Familiarity with 6S, Kaizen, and KPI systems is an advantage Able to work in shifts and handle work under pressure with a high sense of responsibility Positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn and improve continuously
