ABOUT THE GRADUATE MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM: The 12-month intensive training program will expose 10 Graduate Trainees in Central Uganda to exciting opportunities in the fast-growing financial services sector. Designed for Graduates capable of thriving across diverse business functions, this program places candidates based on assessment performance and business needs.
What You Will Gain
Structured foundational training courses covering core banking fundamentals. Cross-functional rotations across 3 core banking departments. Direct mentorship, buddy support, and career guidance from experienced banking professionals. Real-world problem-solving experience through a capstone end-of-program business project. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: We are seeking bright, adaptable, and analytical graduates. To be eligible, you must meet the following:
Academic Standing: Bachelor's degree with 1st Class or 2nd Class Upper Division honors in any discipline (Preferences: IT/Cybersecurity, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Agriculture, or any Business-related field).
Recency: Graduated within the last 2 years (Pending graduates with provisional transcripts or official university recommendations are eligible).
High School Requirements: Credit passes in O-Level Mathematics and English, plus A-Level General Paper.
Location: Available for placement within Central Uganda.
