Generate Sales in the Building façade maintenance and general building maintenance sector including A & A façade related projects
Sourcing of profitable projects involving Façade Cleaning, Re-sealant works for the entire building, glass replacement works for completed buildings and ongoing construction works.
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and market diversification.
Set clear performance goals and regularly assess team performance.
Ensure contracts are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Monitor sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards revenue and growth targets.
Generate regular reports and provide management with insights and recommendations.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay updated on industry trends and to expand the company's network.
Represent the company professionally and build a positive brand image.
Job Requirements
Candidates must have at least 2 years experience in Business Development in any field.
Training will be provided for facade industry business development.
Candidates that have experience in securing building facade maintenance projects will have an added advantage.
Suitable candidate will be offered a basic salary range between SGD $3K to $4.5k with monthly high commission. (Based on experience)
Commissions Separated from Basic Salary based on Project Closure.
