Position Overview

 The successful candidates will ensure products are packaged accurately, labeled correctly, stored

appropriately, and prepared for dispatch while maintaining high standards of food safety,

hygiene, and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

 Package poultry products according to specifications.

 Label products accurately.

 Verify product weights and quantities.

 Inspect packaging quality.

 Maintain hygiene during packaging.

 Operate packaging equipment safely.

Report damaged packaging materials.

 Maintain packaging records.• Prepare products for dispatch.

 Monitor packaging material inventory.

 Follow food safety procedures.

 Maintain cleanliness of workstations.

 Support production teams when required.

 Comply with health and safety procedures.

 Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

KCSE Certificate Minimum.

 Food Handling Certificate.

 Manufacturing Experience Preferred.

 Packaging Experience Advantage.

 Basic Computer Knowledge.

 Food Safety Awareness.

 Physical Fitness Required.

 Teamwork Skills.

 Good Communication Skills.

 Attention To Detail.
