Position Overview

 The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, providing technical support, developing creative marketing materials, managing digital assets, and ensuring reliable technology infrastructure that supports business

operations and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

 Provide ICT support to employees across all departments.

 Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and peripherals.

 Manage user accounts, system access, and data security.

 Monitor system performance and recommend technology improvements.

 Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, and posters.

 Create digital content for websites, social media, and advertising campaigns.

 Develop company presentations, reports, and corporate branding materials.

 Produce graphics for product packaging and promotional campaigns.

 Support photography, videography, and multimedia production.

 Maintain the company website and digital platforms.

 Ensure data backup, cybersecurity, and system integrity.

 Coordinate ICT equipment maintenance and software licensing.

Train staff on ICT systems and digital tools  Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials.  Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

 Bachelor's Degree Information Technology.

 Graphic Design Qualification.

 Three Years ICT Experience.

 Adobe Creative Suite.

 CorelDRAW Experience Required.

 Microsoft Office Expertise.

 Network Administration Knowledge.

 Website Management Skills.

 Photography Skills Advantage.

 Videography Skills Advantage.

 Digital Marketing Knowledge.

 Hardware Troubleshooting Experience.
