CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)

The ideal candidate will have strong P&L management experience, a proven track record in business growth, and extensive experience managing multi-unit operations. Experience in FMCG, agribusiness, or franchise operations will be an added advantage.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of management experience .

At least 5 years of senior leadership experience .

Proven experience in multi-unit operations management .

Strong commercial and P&L management experience .

Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability .

Strong business development and commercial management expertise.

Strategic business leadership and decision-making skills.

Experience in FMCG or agribusiness is preferred.

Franchise operations experience will be an added advantage.
