Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, warehousing, and material handling, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Maintain rigorous inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and the implementation of robust stock management systems. Lead, mentor, and schedule warehouse staff. Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement through effective training and performance management. Coordinate closely with the transport and procurement teams to ensure timely dispatch of goods and optimal route scheduling.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience in warehouse management or supply chain   operations, preferably within the logistics or freight industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.         Proximity to Main Market, Onitsha, Anambra State. No accommodation.
