Personnel Specialist
We are looking for a Personnel Specialist to join Hudl’s People Operations team in Egypt. The role will support personnel operations for 1,400+ employees and will report directly to the People Operations & Total Rewards Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on personnel experience, strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance, and Labor Office procedures, and excellent attention to documentation accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain complete and accurate employee personnel files and ensure documentation is compliant and audit-ready.
- Track probation periods and proactively follow up with managers on confirmation decisions and required actions.
- Track contract expiry dates and manage timely follow-up for contract renewals.
- Support onboarding documentation and ensure new hires’ personnel files are complete from day one.
- Support offboarding documentation and ensure all required personnel documents are completed before employee exit.
- Prepare and submit personnel-related government documents and support Social Insurance transactions as needed.
- Coordinate with managers and employees to collect missing personnel documents and close documentation gaps.
- Handle employee personnel inquiries and support employee-relations matters within the role’s scope.
- Maintain accurate employee master data and ensure consistency between HRIS records and personnel files.
- Support HR policy implementation and help ensure compliance with internal HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare periodic personnel reports, including joiners, and leavers reports.
- Support headcount reporting and basic personnel data analysis when required.
- Prepare periodic compliance reports related to personnel files, contracts, and Social Insurance status.
- Monitor relevant changes in Egyptian labor law and personnel-related regulations and support implementation of required updates.
- Drive improvements in personnel processes and support HR process automation initiatives.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years of direct personnel experience.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian Social Insurance and Labor Office procedures.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and basic reporting/data analysis capability.
- Experience with HRIS systems is preferred.
- Very good command of English.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee data.
- Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree required; field of study is not a key selection criterion.
