Job Summary
Manage and lead R&D and order delivery projects, ensuring timely delivery through effective project planning, quality control, and resource coordination. Develop production plans and optimize project management systems to support new product development and company growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage company R&D and order delivery projects by planning schedules, controlling quality, coordinating resources, and ensuring on-time delivery of project targets
- Execute full-process project management including conducting regular project reviews, summarizing data, reporting progress, managing milestones, acceptance, project closing, change control, risk management, and project evaluation
- Develop pilot production and mass production plans for new products aligned with annual R&D and sales strategies
- Establish and continuously improve project management systems, processes, and standards by creating templates, checklists, and delivering internal professional training
- Collaborate across departments to manage multi-business projects involving software and hardware development, ensuring alignment and effective communication
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- PMP certification
- Experience managing cross-departmental and multi-business projects covering software and hardware development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear logical thinking and proactive work approach
- Ability to work effectively under high pressure with strong execution, communication, organization, learning, and writing skills
- Familiarity with product development processes and proficiency in office software
- Knowledge of project management processes, tools, and analysis methods with expertise in product planning and execution management
