🏥 Now Hiring: Locum Occupational Therapists & Physiotherapists

Location: Central Region

Schedule: Full-day flexibility | Min. 3 to 5 weekdays/week (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)

About the Role

We are looking for adaptable and self-driven Locum Occupational Therapists (OT) and Locum Physiotherapists (PT) to provide flexible, high-quality clinical support across healthcare and rehabilitation settings. You will play a key role in supporting patient care, covering staffing gaps, and managing peak demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver targeted therapeutic interventions.

• Caseload Management: Manage assigned patient caseloads, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and contribute to seamless discharge planning.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partner effectively with doctors, nurses, and allied health teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy.

• Licensing: Valid AHPC registration is required.

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience in acute, sub-acute, community, or rehabilitation settings.

• Core Skills: Strong assessment capabilities (musculoskeletal, neurological, geriatric, and post-surgical cases) with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Chinese is preferred to facilitate effective communication with native-speaking patients.
