📍 Working Location: Woodlands / Pioneer 🕒 Working Hours: 12-hour rotational shift ( Day / Night Shift ) 💰 Salary: Up to $3,650/month ( No AWS / 13th-month bonus ) 👤 Eligibility: Singaporean & Singapore PR candidates only
A leading global logistics company is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations within a fast-paced high-tech logistics environment . The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse activities, leading a team of operators, and ensuring smooth execution of daily operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations , including inbound, outbound, and inventory activities
- Allocate manpower and monitor team performance to achieve operational targets and service levels
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and quality requirements
- Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper handling and movement of materials
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency
- Prepare operational reports and provide updates on productivity, manpower, and performance
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse / logistics operations experience
- Prior team leadership / supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in high-volume warehouse, manufacturing, or supply chain operations will be advantageous
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a 12-hour rotational shift environment
- Willing to support Day / Night shifts
