North HR Focus North Region Security & IT Technologies Full time $4,500 – $5,000 per month About the role Join a growing technical team where you'll work on real-world enterprise projects to provide technical support across pre-sales, solution implementation, testing & commissioning, troubleshooting and after-sales services . Key responsibilities Lead technical discussions with customers and consultants Design integrated security and networking solutions Prepare technical proposals, specifications and compliance documents Develop network diagrams and solution architectures Support tenders, POCs, demonstrations and presentations Lead, coach and develop the technical team Manage resources, workload and technical capabilities Drive technical certifications and continuous improvement Oversee implementation, professional services and technical support Manage technical escalations and ensure SLA and service quality Work closely with system integrators, consultants and end users, and delivering innovative solutions for various types of environments and businesses.

About you Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electronics, IT, Networking, Security Systems or related field

2–5 years' relevant experience in security systems, networking, systems integration or technical support

Experience preparing technical proposals, solution documentation and network diagrams

Experience leading or mentoring a small technical team

Strong presentation and communication skills

Comfortable engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Familiar with B2B tenders, procurement and project environments

Good English communication skills
