Qualifications:

• Minimum D3/S1 in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in Duty Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, Front Office Supervisor, or similar supervisory roles.
• Experience in boutique, luxury, heritage, or 4–5 star hotel is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B operations.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to handle guest complaints and operational issues professionally and efficiently.
• Strong attention to guest experience, service excellence, and operational standards.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Familiar with VHP/POS and hotel operational systems.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
