Job description:

Be the warm, welcoming face of our spa. As our Spa Receptionist, you’ll create a serene first impression, manage bookings with grace, and ensure every guest feels pampered from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients with professionalism and warmth Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations Handle phone inquiries, walk-ins, and online bookings Process payments and maintain accurate records Coordinate with therapists and ensure smooth daily operations Maintain a calm, clean, and inviting reception area What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Calm demeanor and polished appearance Previous experience in hospitality or wellness is a plus Fluent in English and comfortable with basic computer systems What We Offer:
