Role overview

Key responsibilities
Supporting the teacher with classroom activities
Working closely with children on a one-to-one basis and in groups
Leading intervention groups
Helping to prepare enabling learning environments, inside and outside, that respond to the children’s needs and interests
Modeling the HES values in all language and interactions
Complying with and demonstrating an active commitment to safeguarding policies, procedures, and code of conduct
Taking a proactive and professional approach to school life and professional development
Undertaking such duties as may reasonably be requested
The successful candidate will have
Bachelor Degree / Cache Level 3 is preferred
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with a pleasant and confident manner
Experience working with children or in an educational environment is necessary
