MOTOR VEHICLE MECHANIC

Responsibilities Perform servicing, maintenance and repair of motor vehicles.

Inspect vehicles and identify mechanical faults.

Repair or replace defective or worn vehicle components.

Carry out basic troubleshooting and testing using appropriate tools and equipment.

Ensure vehicles are maintained in proper working condition.

Maintain workshop tools, equipment and cleanliness.

Follow workplace safety procedures and company requirements.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements Knowledge of motor vehicle servicing, maintenance and repair.

Able to use basic automotive tools and equipment.

Able to perform vehicle inspection and basic troubleshooting.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsible and detail-oriented with a positive work attitude.

Willing to work overtime, weekends and public holidays when required.
