Accountant

Responsibilities:

Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries. Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide insights into the branch’s financial performance.

Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. Manage cash flow, monitor expenses, and prepare forecasts to support financial planning and decision-making. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies in all financial transactions and reporting. Collaborate with other departments (operations, sales, and finance) to provide financial insights and support business objectives. Assist with audits, tax filings, and other regulatory compliance requirements. Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and enhance reporting capabilities. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decisions and business growth

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or branch-level finance operations Knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel Understanding of financial compliance and reporting standards.
